ImageMover has developed a suite of solutions for both traditional medical imaging as well as point of care workflows that are used by healthcare systems, retail pharmacies and non-traditional testing facilities around the world.
ImageMover’s Workflow Services platform transforms the business model of retail pharmacies, from pill dispensaries to healthcare destinations. Workflow Services software tools enable pharmacist-led care for low-acuity primary care services such as vaccines, point-of-care testing, pharmacist-written prescriptions, and more. As pharmacies face downward pricing pressure on branded and generic drugs, clinical services provide a higher-margin opportunity to deliver care to local communities and attract customers to their brick-and-mortar locations.

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
In this role, you will manage the relationship, success, and scale of our top accounts. This includes owning the client relationship, satisfaction, retention, and expansion strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level customer success initiatives. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for driving initiatives, project coordination, and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to drive adoption and scale throughout your book of business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Proactively manage a portfolio of our largest accounts
Identify, track and communicate key performance metrics for your accounts to the executive team
Serve as the primary project manager for key programs, with a high level of organization and task-orientation, coupled with strong communication skills
Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and c-level decision makers: steering committees, regular visits, lead QBR and ABR meetings
Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with product and engineering to make sure we are creating solutions that fit those needs
Own the client relationship and account strategy and be accountable for client health, retention, expansion strategy and upsell support for your book of business
Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Data, Marketing and Sales) to address complex business issues and drive outcomes
Share best practices, case studies and key learnings with broader Customer Success and cross-functional team members for learning and development
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with customer success management experience)
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in business administration or related field
Previous stakeholder management skills
