ImageMover’s Workflow Services platform transforms the business model of retail pharmacies, from pill dispensaries to healthcare destinations. Workflow Services software tools enable pharmacist-led care for low-acuity primary care services such as vaccines, point-of-care testing, pharmacist-written prescriptions, and more. As pharmacies face downward pricing pressure on branded and generic drugs, clinical services provide a higher-margin opportunity to deliver care to local communities and attract customers to their brick-and-mortar locations.

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Business Development Associate plays a vital role in driving revenue and achieving sales goals by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers.
The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting new people and building trusting relationships, be extremely goal oriented, and thrill in the delight of winning a sale. Since this person will serve as the face of the company and an ambassador for its products, having strong communication and interpersonal skills will be critical. A go-getter, the candidate will find creative ways to attract new pharmacy customers and win their business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound marketing, cold calling, and email outreach.
Research and understand customer needs and challenges to identify relevant products and services.
Build rapport and develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our offerings.
Overcome objections and negotiate deals to close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Continuously learn about the company's products, services, and target market.
Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Collaborate effectively with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in inside sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving individual goals.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
