Kevin houlihan

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As CEO of ImageMover, Kevin is a proven, data-driven leader with a passion for building strong partnerships, great products, and memorable customer experiences. His career in healthcare technology has featured multiple leadership levels across several companies. He’s driven rapid growth and innovation in various sectors, including mobile configuration, digital therapeutic, and telemedicine.

At the heart of his leadership style is a commitment to using analytics to uncover challenges, inform design, and evaluate progress. This approach has enabled his teams to move swiftly from strategy to execution while creating cohesion and building momentum across stakeholders—from the C-Suite to the front line.

Kevin also serves as CEO for Workflow Services, a highly configurable software platform that provides seamless point-of-care medical workflow software solutions.

Kevin is a proud resident of Madison, Wisconsin, where he completed both his BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Outside of work, he is a Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Mad Alpine Ski Club, where he’s also a coach for junior skiers.

Mark Gehring

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Mark Gehring is a technology developer and serial entrepreneur, having founded several successful medical imaging companies. Mark was co-founder and CEO of Geometrics which developed Pinnacle, a market-leading radiation treatment planning system that has generated cumulative revenue of more than $1B. As CEO of UltraVisual, Mark led a team that developed a web-based, 3D-enabled PACS. The company merged Emageon, ultimately growing to over $100M in sales and achieving a successful IPO in 2005. Prior to his work at ImageMover, Mark co-founded Propeller Health , acquired by ResMed to manage respiratory patients using sensors and mobile apps. He also serves as a senior technology advisor for HealthMyne.

Laura Brown

CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER

Laura Brown completed her training as a Physician Assistant at Western Michigan University with a Master’s of Science. She went on to complete a surgical residency at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, MI. Laura has over 16 years of experience in Cardiovascular Surgery including first assist in the operating room, inpatient as well as outpatient care. In 2005, she started a wound care program in Madison, Wisconsin, which is now a part of UnityPoint Health-Meriter that is growing rapidly and serving hundreds of wound care patients. In 2014, Laura began a health and wellness business to provide sales and consulting services with clients that are interested in botanically-based products to transform their lives. Laura joined the ImageMover team as VP of Clinical Solutions in October of 2017.

elise miller hoffman

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Elise Miller Hoffman is a venture capital investor and startup executive with expertise leading digital health companies as an operator, board member, and investor. Elise has advised dozens of healthcare companies at all stages of the startup life cycle including idea generation, scale up, and exit. After investing in ImageMover on behalf of Cultivation Capital in 2018 and serving as a Board Observer, she joined the company as COO in 2022. 

Elise is active in the Midwest entrepreneurial ecosystem and serves as a Board Member of the Mid-America Healthcare Investors Network, an Investor-in-Residence at Washington University in St. Louis, and Co-Chair of the Board of the St. Louis Equity in Entrepreneurship Collective. She holds a BA and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jeffrey Hoffman

SVP OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Jeffrey Hoffman has been developing software and leading engineering teams for more than 30 years. His experience includes building innovative and successful products in a variety of markets such as telecommunications, social media, online retail and mobile games with an emphasis in healthcare and medical imaging startups, including UltraVisual which had a successful IPO in 2005. Jeffrey is excited to bring his pragmatic approach to software development and passion for fantastic user experiences to the ImageMover engineering team.

Brett Young-Moxon

VP of Products

Brett Young-Moxon is a product manager with a focus on interaction design and operational efficiency. He started his career at Epic Systems, where he helped to build the startup LIS product (Beaker) into a KLAS leader. At Epic and beyond, Brett has served in implementation, sales, and product roles, making him an experienced and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of how to take software from concept to clinical practice. 

shannon brenkendorff

VP OF TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

Shannon has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. His experience began in the radiology film file room and expanded into PACS administration as the digital age took hold. On the vendor side, Shannon worked for Philips Healthcare building out global health tech training programs, managing large scale projects, and commercializing new product releases. As VP of Technical Solutions at ImageMover, Shannon works with health systems to find innovative approaches to the most daunting challenges in imaging.

JEN ANDERSON

VICE PRESIDENT OF QUALITY, REGULATORY, AND COMPLIANCE

Jen Anderson joined ImageMoverMD in July 2018 and serves as our Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance. Jen has been appointed as ImageMover’s Management Representative and Privacy, Security, & Data Protection Officer. Jen has worked in healthcare technology for over 20 years, including careers in a variety of market-leading organizations such as Philips Healthcare, Emageon, Tomotherapy, Ikaria, and Forte Research Systems. As the leader of the Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance teams, she is focused on implementing, growing, and managing our Quality and Information Security Management Systems. Jen is passionate about advancing healthcare technology and has a deep understanding of our customer’s quality, privacy, and security needs. In our ongoing commitment to quality, privacy, and security, Jen works to ensure ImageMover and our products comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. She is excited to leverage her unique skillset providing strategic direction to ImageMover’s teams by utilizing a risk-based value-added approach focused on delivering secure high quality innovative solutions to healthcare systems.

Gary Wendt, MD, MBA

 

CO-FOUNDER

Gary J. Wendt, MD, MBA, and Professor Emeritus of Radiology at University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a co-founder of ImageMover and board certified in clinical informatics. With more than 20 years’ experience in electrical and computer engineering, business, internal medicine, and radiology, Dr. Wendt has authored over 30 articles, written several book chapters, and is co-inventor of a United States patent covering the company’s core technology.
